WTB Consulting is a company whose values​are: knowledge,

experience and skills acquired over many years of banking activities in Poland and abroad.

Managing the IT area, both in small banks and in the largest bank in Poland, taking part in the work of WSBI (World Saving Banks Institute, Brussels) and the Committee of Banking Technology and Electronic Banking in the Polish Bank Association, and then working as a consultant for banks in Poland, Russia and Lithuania, won the experience necessary to build a Business Models of banking systems.

These Business Models are designed as an integral part of the business processes of banks in all areas of their business  activities and are based on detailed analysis of the banking business processes, including areas not served by IT systems.

My business and functional analysis projects allows my Customers to achieve quick and effective implementation of information systems in banks and other financial institutions.
